RENTMYROOM,OK?
Hi. I’m moving back to my parents’ house in the city because i’m transferring to Columbia.
So! My HUGE room in this cute little house in Elmhurst that my roommates and I are living in is for rent! Rent is $325 per month. Utilities aren’t included. It’s three blocks from the college and close to everything in downtown Elmhurst as well as the Metra station (and, thus, the comic book shop eeee).
There’s tons of space: I have a twin bed, dresser, full-sized couch, end table, little chest of drawers, and two desks in there and I still have a lot of floor space. It’s technically supposed to be a living room, but there are two sets of sliding doors that close it off from the rest of the house.
Our lease is up in August. I’m out of here ASAP.
Michelle and Katy are really excellent/clean/fun/bodacious. Living here is great. Too bad I’m so broke and need to make up some serious tuition differences soon YIKES.

white border is angora with metallic red roses.

arms have been itching for 12 hours.
i broke the wash-machine. it cost this many.
Shaun Tan has a new book. I know, i am full of media today.
The drawings are absoluuuutely stunning. Can’t wait to read it can’t wait to read it! May sneak into Quimbys/ChicagoComics tomorrow to purchase it…
I have a Roland Juno G, a MicroKorg and a Yamaha YC-25 D combo organ that I like to play with.
